Through almost eighteen years of work experience, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many colleagues, partners, bosses, clients, and businesses from around the world. Each with their own sets of values, metrics they follow, goals they want to achieve, unique viewpoints and ideals, all with one common value they place above all else – people.

Much like tech and UX's relationship, business requires colleagues and partners who are easy to work with, frictionless despite their individual, intrinsic complexity. So far, the solution was to focus on a particular type of similar people to which we are accustomed.
